Duck & Cherry Pie
The perfect marriage between sweet berries, rich duck, boozy sauce and melting pastry.
Ingredients - Free-range duck, black cherries, red onion, thyme, salt, peper and puff pasty.
Cooking Instructions - Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Allow the pies to defrost for an hour. Brush the pies with a whisked egg. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Serving suggestions - Serve with a scoop of Ploughman's Pickle.
