Sourdough bread is hand-crafted artisanal bread that is fermented through using natural wild yeast.

The slow fermentation process results in Lactobacillus that helps to feed the good bacteria in our digestive system.  A healthy gut is a healthy body.  Most of your immune system is found in your digestive system.

Ingredients - Stoneground flour, salt, water.

Storage Instructions - Keep in a cool, dry cupboard, suitable for home freezing.

Important note - All bread must be ordered before end of day Tuesday for delivery on Thursdays.  Only available for delivery within Gauteng.
