At the 2026 SA Preserve Championships, ZuZanna’s Wellness Blueberry Jam was named SA Champion, taking 1st Place in the Chunky Jam Category.
For us, that result means far more than simply winning a trophy.
Why this award is so special
Our Blueberry Jam was judged without any branding, which meant the judges did not know whose product they were tasting.
It had to stand on its own.
Taste. Texture. Quality. Balance. Overall product excellence.
What makes the result even more meaningful is that there was no separate sugar-free category. Our No Added Sugar Blueberry Jam competed directly alongside traditional jams containing sugar.
That is exactly why this win matters so much to us.
We have always believed that choosing a healthier alternative should never mean settling for less flavour.
Becoming SA Champion is independent confirmation of that belief.
More than just a healthier alternative
Blueberry Jam has always been one of the products we are especially proud of.

We never wanted to create a product that customers bought simply because it was the “healthier option”.

A first entry - and a first-place result
The 2026 championships were also ZuZanna’s Wellness’ first entry into the competition.
To walk away with SA Champion status for Blueberry Jam, alongside three additional top-three placings for Strawberry Jam, Fruit Chutney and Tomato Sauce, made the experience even more extraordinary.
It is a milestone we will remember for a long time.
