This is a family favourite Malva Pudding recipe containing no gluten or added sugar.   Ingredients Pudding 15 ml Butter 250 ml Non-nutritional sweetener (Malitol) 1 free-range egg 20 ml Vinegar 250 ml Milk 15ml ZuZanna’s sugar-free Apricot Jam 5 ml Bicarbonate of Soda 250 ml Gluten-free flour mix Pinch of Salt Sauce 125 ml Butter 250 ml Non-nutritional Sweetener (Malitol) 125 l Water 250 ml Milk (can be replaced with Almond milk) 5 ml Vanilla Essence Method Pudding Beat Malitol and eggs until fluffy then beat in the Zuzanna’s Sugar-free Apricot jam until a creamy consistency.
