Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds 
- 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
- 
1 tsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew) 
- 
30g collagen powder 
- 
30g MCT oil 
- 
2 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt or heavy cream 
- 
A few drops of liquid Stevia (optional) 
Toppings:
- 
2 tbsp fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries 
- 
1 tbsp mixed nuts 
Directions
- 
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a jar or shaker. Mix thoroughly. 
- 
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then mix again well to break up any clumps. 
- 
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 2 hours. 
- 
When ready to enjoy, give it a stir and add your toppings. 
- 
Prep a few in advance! Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks—perfect for busy mornings or healthy snacks on the go.
