Let your tastebuds taste the summer, with ZuZanna's handcrafted Sugar-free Strawberry Jam. It is made out of only the best, organic products made by using a traditional family recipe. In addition, it only contains just three ingredients; fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and Maltitol.
How it's made.
We use lots of fresh fruit to set our jam to ensure it is made without adding pectin.
(Pectin is a natural and commercially produced ingredient in preserves, like jellies and jams, that is added to make the jam gel).
Our jam contains no unwanted ingredients, chemical preservatives, or thickeners that you could find in commercially made Strawberry Jam. It is a winner for anyone on a low-carb diet, with a net carb level of 3,7g per spoon of jam (5g). Our jam is also vegan and diabetic friendly.

All about Strawberries
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control. Fresh strawberries are very high in water, so their total carb content is very low — fewer than 8 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
Strawberries have a glycemic index (GI) score of 40, which is relatively low. This means that strawberries should not lead to significant spikes in blood sugar levels and are considered safe for people with diabetes.
Strawberries also contain decent amounts of fiber which is important to feed the friendly bacteria in your gut and improve digestive health. They are also useful for weight loss and can help prevent many diseases.
