  • ½ cup cream or almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, unsweetened
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder or whey protein isolate
  • 5 – 7 drops of Stevia


  1. Process all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add water or ice blocks if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
